Play without barriers

Erika is passionate about gender equality and the elevation of women's sports.

As a young girl Erika played a wide variety of sports, so she knows first hand the values that sport teaches and the way it can empower. Racing is unique in the way men and women can compete head to head. Although the gender gap within the sport is still large, it is encouraging to see that progress is being made.

Have a look at some of these organizations and the work they are doing to promote women within sport and open doors for the next generation of girls.
